Our unique pre-emptive maintenance process identifies and fixes problems before they can have a negative impact on your business. Downtime can virtually become a thing of the past. At Complete Imaging, we offer a level of support that's unique in our industry. Using a proven banding approach, we carry out pre-emptive maintenance visits at intervals ranging from one week to three months depending on copy and print volumes and speeds. At each of these visits our qualified technician will:

Carry out preventative maintenance in line with our minimum call procedure

Assess the outstanding life of all parts and consumables

Replace any parts that are expected to fail before the next visit

Replenish all toner supplies

This is further enhanced with our remote service capabilities which include:

Automatic service call notification

Predictive toner monitoring

Remote firmware upgrades and device adjustments

Elimination of the need for manual meter readings by automatically providing accurate information from your fleet without user intervention.
