With Complete Imaging, we do everything we possibly can to lighten your load and make your life easier. And that's where our unique performance guarantee comes in. The Complete Performance Guarantee gives you a unique level of service from your equipment and ourselves making your business more productive and rendering downtime virtually a thing of the past.

We'll give you the following guarantees on every item of equipment we supply:

• We'll respond to emergency service calls within an average of four working hours from the time we receive the call. This applies during normal working hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, excluding bank holidays

• We'll also install a temporary replacement machine, free of charge, if your equipment is out of action for longer than nine working hours

• If any equipment we supply can be reasonably shown not to be doing its intended job within three years of installation, we'll replace it with an identical or similar model, completely free of charge

Compare these guarantees with those of any other supplier, and you'll quickly see the difference. Naturally, as you'd expect, they apply to equipment which is covered by our service agreement since installation, used within the manufacturer’s specifications, and not subjected to misuse or damage.
