Performance guarantee

All equipment we supply and provide service cover for is supported by our unique 'Performance Guarantee'.

Providing the equipment purchased from us has been covered by our service contract since installation we will provide the following guarantees:

Response to emergency service calls is guaranteed within an average of 4 working hours from the time we recieve your call. This applies during normal working ours, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (excepting bank holidays). We will also install a temporary replacement machine free of charge, if your equipment is out of action for longer than 9 working hours.

Also, if the equipment purchased from us can be reasonably deemed, within 3 years of installation, not to be performing the function for which it was intended, we will replace it with an identical or similar model completely free of charge. The only condition that applies is that the equipment must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's specification and must not have been subject to damage whether accidental or deliberate.
