Pre-emptive maintenance

All office equipment supplied by Complete is covered by our unique Pre-emptive Maintenance Plan
Included as part of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), the plan includes regular scheduled servicing of all equipment and replacement of parts that are likely to fail. This far exceeds the manufacturers recommended service intervals, ensuring the best quality printing over the full lifetime of the machine and minimal downtime.
What does Pre-emptive Maintenance entail?
Virtually all copier and printer manufacturers claim to offer preventative service on their products and who are we to argue, they make the things after all! We have found though, that nearly all manufacturers over-estimate the reliability of their products.
An experienced and qualified engineer will visit your site to conduct physical checks of both your hardware and its environment to identify and fix any issues before they become a problem.
